About Industry Partners

The Industry Partners program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers the service provider community the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.

West-Central Maryland Chapter 92 implemented the Industry Partners program in 1991.  IREM 92 offers a unique opportunity for you to deliver your message to a specific target market.  The Industry Partners program enables your business to be exposed to, and involved with, a very influential group of decision-makers in the property and asset management field.  The Industry Partners program is designed to foster professional relationships between our real estate members and a mix of locally represented, reputable service vendors.  With the Industry Partners program, our chapter can provide you with a multitude of benefits and opportunities.
 
The program provides the Industry Partners with the privileges of participation in IREM 92 activities.  Membership is by invitation only.  IREM 92 encourages its members to support their Partners.  IREM 92 offers a four-company limit per category and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Benefits and Services

IREM West-Central MD Chapter 92 offers two Membership Options for Industry Partner/Vendor Companies.  The Standard Yearly Program (our most popular package) and a Digital-Only Web Advertiser Program.

IREM 92 Industry Partners Standard Yearly Program Benefits:

  • No more than four companies per category, based on a first-come, first-served basis, will be accepted in the Industry Partners Program for IREM 92.
  • Open Invitation to attend All IREM 92 monthly membership meetings and Regional meetings that IREM 92 is associated with. Up to three company representatives can attend the general membership meetings at the cost of the meeting. As an added benefit, Partners can prepay for these meetings, at a discount, with their annual fee.
  • Partners can attend the three regional meetings in January (Forecast), May (Gala), and December (Holiday Event).
  • The opportunity to network with top professional property managers in the area.
  • Provided access to The IREM 92 membership directory up to twice a year (upon request).
  • Directory Listing on IREM 92 website with contact person, company logo, and link to Partners web site.
  • Listing on IREM 92 Newsletters and special "IREM 92 Trusted Guide to Preferred Industry Partners" sent digitally to all members on an annual basis.
  • Special Shouts outs and Sponsorship Listings on our social media sites - facebook, instagram and linkedin
  • Company Listing on all meeting programs handed out at the general membership meetings.
  • Designated premier Industry Partner nametags at all chapter events.
  • Opportunity for other sponsorships throughout the year, including: IREM 92 Golf Tournament, IREM Regional Charity Gala, IREM Regional Holiday Party, Networking, and Community Action Events.
  • Opportunity to be recognized as "Industry Partner of the Year"

IREM 92 Industry Partners Web Advertiser Yearly Program Benefits:

  • As a Web Advertiser, you will receive a listing on The IREM 92 website during the year that you join, with complete contact information, your specialty category of service listed, and a direct link to your website.
  • Web Advertisers are not standard Industry Partner members of the chapter.  Your Web Advertising Membership is digital only, and does not include any in-person networking or events.
  • Listing on IREM 92 Newsletters and special "IREM 92 Trusted Guide to Preferred Industry Partners" sent digitally to all members on an annual basis.
  • Provided access to The IREM 92 membership directory once a year (upon request).
